IVR - Open and Agent assisted IVR Module

TicketNew IVR module supports integration with all CATI based applications and also has the option of an agent-assisted IVR. The agent assisted IVR is used to book tickets wherein the customer is directed to the telephone based payment gateway and the agent confirms the tickets, based on a payment confirmation that is obtained through the phone. Tickets purchased through IVR can be picked up from the kiosks or at any of the POS in the theatres. This helps the customer to book tickets on the go.
